Using a size G crochet hook do single crochet around the entire edge that you just finished binding off. Do two more rows of single crochet. Cut the yarn and slide it through the loop and pull tightly.
Sleeves
Simply remove your stitch holder and place the live sts as evenly as possible between 3 of your double pointed needles. You will also need to pick up one sts where your armpit will be. This is done so there won’t be a big hole there. I have added a photo so you can better understand what I mean.

Simply Knit around in stockinette stitch until the sleeves measure 6(6.5)(6.5)(7)(7)(7.5) inches. Bind Off.
Do three rows of single crochet just as you did for the bottom waist.
Weave in all ends
Blocking
Blocking this garment is simple. Place it in warm, slightly soapy water. Then squeeze out all of the water being careful not to distort the shape. Lay it flat, do not stretch it. The main area that will need to be blocked is the lace neckline. Once you have it laid neatly, place a warm iron on it for just a second and continue to do that for the entire cowl neck area.

This Cowl Neck Pullover is sooo cute!! I will definitely put this on my knitlist!! Great Job with the design!!
It's a beautiful design. Thanks so much for sharing the pattern. Would you mind sharing the sizes? You indicate in the pattern sizes S-XXL, however, what are the finished measurements for these sizes? Thanks.
It's beautiful!
Thanks for the pattern :)
This is a really pretty sweater! I checked to see if it was in Ravelry, but it isn't. A lot of people would love to knit this!!!!
That sweater is gorgeous - great job! I love the color too!
That looks fabulous on you!
Gorgeous!! Thank you for such a great pattern!!
Very beautiful, and I know the person I can knit this for. Wanted to know the gauge for the top because i'm a tight knitter and the needle size you use may not work for me. Thanks
Wow, a totally great pattern! You are really inspired!

I just found your blog. Your pattersn are great. thank you very much for being so kind to post them. Are you on Ravelry? If not you should be.
I'm so happy there are other b.a.p.s knitters out there. If you don't know what it is you can check out my blog at thebapsknitspot.blogspot.com
You should write up some patterns for publishing! Just Google "knitting book publishers" to access pages where you can submit your idea for a book. Seriously, you can do it!

Best of luck!

This is sooo beautiful! I want to make this!
Sorry its taken me so long to answer your questions. I used knittys size guide for all my knits so you can go to their website and they have an entire size chart. And for the question about the gauge I actually didn't swatch, I know Im so bad, lol. I just got the sweater out today to re-photograph so I did some measurements and the swatch should be 4x4 cast on 18 and work 26 rows of stockinette stich and bind off.
I love your patterns, and I'm looking forward to your book!
Beautiful design! Thank you so much for the pattern.
That is REALLY pretty! Nice work!
You are really quite talented, I hope you get a book deal so I can hold your patterns in my hands :)

Hi. I discovered craftster.com recently, saw your gorgeous pattern for a lace cowl top and started to make one for my daughter immediately. I wanted to ask your permission to translatte your pattern to French for my french speaking friends who are part of a knitting and craft forum, http://latricoteuse.forumactif.com
Thanks Chirine
Yes you most certainly can. I just ask that you give me credit and give a link to my blog.
